Project Background:
I have been approached by a client who is interested in purchasing a gabion machine production line for their construction project in Nepal. The client has specified that they require a gabion production line that can produce two different sizes of wire mesh with changing spare parts.
Solution：
After discussing with our engineer, we realized one set of gabion production line to produce two sizes of wire mesh is very complicated due to there are so many spare parts to replace, even the parts of frame, and it requires weeks to finish if the worker is not familiar with machine’s operation. But we still offered the complete spare parts and sent the tech staff and translator to their company. It cost us a month to do the installation, commissioning and training, then they can exchange the manufacture without our help. Even though, the business trip is hard to take, 160km needs 5 hours at least when crossing the mountains. Food is not my type, but what made me feel totally worthy is our customer’s reward.

They are appreciated our local support to help them to save the cost and can produce the different sizes of wire mesh by their own. Their manager is easy to get along with, professional and hardworking, I would like to invite them to Nepal as friends next time.
