Project Background:
In March of this year, CANDID dispatched engineers to Nepal to provide maintenance services for all Nepalese customers of the Gabion Machine. During the period, some minor issues were discovered and successfully resolved for the customers. However, one customer's Net Cutting Machine and Gabion Packing Machine were unable to operate.
Solution：
After a comprehensive inspection by our engineer, it was found that the important electrical components in the Net Cutting Machine and the sealing ring in the Gabion Packing Machine were damaged and needed to be replaced immediately. As we did not have the parts with us, we immediately contacted our colleagues in China to arrange for express delivery to help the customer solve the problem. After the engineer received the required parts, he promptly replaced them for the customer.

Finally, the whole set Gabion Machine was able to operate normally and resume production.
