Project Background:
A customer purchased our wire drawing machine which from our another customer. They need a whole full automatic gabion production line.
Solution：
We spent time on contacting our older customer to check the machine condition, parameter. And get all necessary info then quote them accordingly. Considering they are kind of our client, we offered them the discount and with a couple of video call, they ordered.
Positive Feedback:
Candid’s machine is totally automatic production line, we just assigned less half of workers to operate, and speeding the manufacturing then I got chance to scale other fields.
