Project Background:
Recently, CANDID exported one set gabion machine to a customer in Thailand. After receiving the gabion machine, the customer completed the installation and commissioning job under our detailed guidance. However, after a period of production, the customer found that there was a large amount of wear on the surface of the galvanized wire during the production process, and the zinc layer was damaged, which greatly reduced the corrosion resistance of the produced gabion mesh and could not meet the requirements. We tried various methods to help the customer check the gabion machine through video connection, but the problem still could not be solved.
Solution：
In order to help the customer solve the problem and resume production as soon as possible, we sent the engineer to Thailand to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the gabion machine. Finally, it was found that there was a problem with the processing of the half gear on the gabion machine. After identifying the problem, we immediately contacted our colleagues in China to send a new batch of half gear to the customer. The engineer helped the customer replace the new half gear, and the problem was finally solved.
