This France client inquired us a gabion production line with CE certificate, they said it’s a new investment and required us to recommend.
Solution：
At the beginning, we confirmed the tech requirement, such as, mesh wire diameter, weaving width, selvedge wire diameter, final product in rolls, also the tensile strength. But then, they asked us to provide CAD drawing with only several conversation, we didn’t offer them because there are so many issues to be negotiated. With further discussion like imported motor, components, safety cover and etc, we won the customer’s trust after near a half year communicating.
