Project Background:
In 2018, we collaborated with a Malaysian customer who purchased a gabion mesh machine. The customer was highly satisfied with our gabion mesh machine, and purchased the second gabion machine in 2020. Unfortunately, the timing coincided with the outbreak of the COVID-19, we can not go abroad for installation and commissioning. Consequently, the customer encountered several issues while using the second gabion machine.
Solution：
In November 2022, with China's policies slightly easing, we seized the opportunity to accompany our technical team to the customer's factory.
During the five days spent at the customer's factory, we meticulously inspected all gabion mesh machine and guided the customer on its operation. The customer expressed great satisfaction with our support and appreciated our unwavering dedication to resolving their issues.
However, returning to China posed additional challenges due to the ongoing pandemic. With stringent entry policies, we underwent mandatory nucleic acid testing and endured an eight-day quarantine upon arrival. Despite the added difficulties and inconveniences, we firmly believed that serving the customer made every sacrifice worthwhile.
