In March 2023, I had the privilege of embarking on an unforgettable business visit to Nepal for gabion machine maintenance alongside our company's CEO, providing satisfactory after-sales service for gabion machine to our key client.
However, our journey was far from easy. Due to a recent plane crash incident, we had to opt for an overland route to reach our destination in Nepal. This meant traveling by car or bus on rugged and treacherous mountain roads. I started to feel a slight unease within, but the CEO instilled confidence and encouragement, reminding me that our mission was to provide the best service to our clients and never retreat in the face of difficulties.
And so, we set off. A luxurious bus became our office, carrying us on a two-week journey. Short distances took five hours, while longer ones stretched up to twelve hours. The bus rumbled along the rough mountain roads, and I had to adapt to the environment, maintaining focus and patience at all times.
At every stop, we met with the clients, understanding their needs for gabion machine and feedback. Despite facing extreme travel conditions, the CEO and every team member devoted themselves wholeheartedly to providing the best after-sales service to the clients. We actively addressed the issues encountered by the clients, offered solutions for gabion machine, and ensured their satisfaction with our support and attention.
