Project Background:
One client from Poland who embarked on an innovative project focused on manufacturing high-strength gabion mesh rolls for mountain slope protection. This project required a significant advancement in equipment capabilities, as the wire used for these gabion meshes possessed an impressive tensile strength of 1700N/mm², far exceeding the typical 450N/mm² found in regular wires. The demand for high-strength gabion mesh rolls stemmed from the critical need to reinforce and safeguard mountainous areas. These areas face various challenges, including erosion, landslides, and the potential threat of rockfall. To address these issues effectively, our client sought a reliable and durable solution capable of withstanding the immense forces exerted by the rugged terrain.
Solution：
Recognizing the importance of this project, we studied the heavy-duty gabion machine used in developed nations renowned for their mountain protection expertise. Armed with this knowledge, our engineering team design our Heavy-duty gabion machine that could seamlessly handle the high-strength wire.
For normal gabion machine, there just one driving block. For our heavy-duty gabion machine, we adopt two driving blocks to enhance the machine's capabilities to accommodate the higher tensile strength of the wire. We also adopt 47kw motor instead of 30KW.
