Cable Production Machinery Structure:

1) The wire is supplied by pay off stand or directly connected with whole line

2) Its output is approximately 5 times than manual operation. (taking a example of 200m length coiling)

3) After coiling, may continuously and automatically coat, then make the coil automatic packaging and labeling

4) Use servo motor traversing system

5) Use touch screen, all operation in it

6) It has auto detection error function, it can send out alarm to remind the operator when there are problems

7) The drive motor for the coil head: 7.5HP×4P AC Teco motor + Mitsubishi vector control transducer.

8) All mechanical & electrical and gas circuit control: use Mitsubishi microcomputer programmable controller (PLC).

9) PLC has the interface of industrial frequency spark (the sparker is prepared by the client). with BV wire spark detection, may automatically spark the breakdown point or continuously coil after mark by manual.
